Parameters:
Rotogravure printing machine adopts advanced seven-motor four-section closed-loop tension control system, and tension automatic winding action program is controlled by Siemens PLC and man-machine interface. Automatic feeding under high speed working condition, the machine has exquisite structure and beautiful appearance, suitable for printing various film materials. Main structure and features:
1. The printing speed of the machine is 120-180 m/min, and the mechanical speed is 180 m/min.
2. Main transmission mechanism: the main transmission adopts Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter control vector motor, driving each group of printing plate. Features: Power saving. Pneumatic clutch version.
3. Shaft less plate loading mechanism: plate loading using cylinder, pull the core shaft for plate loading, horizontal adjustment using screw movement. Features: reduce version change time, ensure concentration, improve product quality.
4. Ink scraper mechanism: scraper can be arbitrarily adjusted up and down and Angle, scraper pressure using a single cylinder, horizontal movement using synchronous motor rotation CAM movement. Features: Extended version of longevity noodles.
5. Embossing lifting mechanism: embossing with double cylinder boost and sliding block self-locking bit, cylinder leakage and down protection cylinder. Features: ensure the average pressure, ensure the color difference.
6 color manipulator: the use of computer control synchronous motor through reduction drive ball screw adjustment, automatic color. Features: rotary lubrication, high color precision.
7. Receiving and discharging mechanism: double station, receiving and discharging tension and pulling tension of receiving and discharging adopt frequency conversion vector control line speed. Features: accelerating color stable, horizontal version does not run, for mass printing can save material, ink, solvent and energy, in high speed automatic feeding, ink, solvent and energy saving about 20%, greatly reduce the cost of main products.
8. Drying and cooling structure: the oven is blown and sucked by centrifuge, and the electric heating tubes are distributed in the air outlet of each group of oven for heating.
