Our latest gravure printing machine adopts an advanced seven motor four section closed-loop tension control system, and the automatic tension winding action program is controlled by Siemens PLC and human-machine interface. This machine is suitable for printing all kinds of film materials. Its advantage is that it can work at high speed without stopping the machine and continuously feed materials automatically. The machine has exquisite structural design and beautiful appearance.

Main structure and characteristics:

1) Machine printing speed: 120-180 M / min,

    Mechanical speed: 180 m / min;

2) Main transmission mechanism (pneumatic clutch version): the main transmission adopts Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter to control vector motor;

Function: drive each group of printing plates;

Features: save electric energy;

3) Shaftless plate mounting structure: use the cylinder to mount the plate and pull the mandrel to mount the plate;

Function: ensure the concentration, reduce the time of version change, and improve product quality;

Features: horizontal adjustment with screw movement;

4) Scraping structure: the pressure adopts a single cylinder, and the horizontal movement adopts synchronous motor rotating cam movement;

6) Color manipulator: use computer to control synchronous motor and drive ball screw adjustment through reducer;

Function: automatic coloring;

Features: rotary lubrication, high color accuracy.

7) Receiving and unloading structure: two stations work at the same time, and the receiving and unloading tension and the receiving and unloading tension adopt variable-frequency vector control line speed;

Function: accelerate color stability, do not run when horizontal, for batch printing;

8) Drying and cooling structure: the oven is blown and sucked by a centrifuge, and electric heating tubes are distributed at the air outlets of each group of ovens for heating.

--How to install the equipment?
--Due the corona breakout in global, the seller would not arrange engineer outside to install, all the service would change to online service.

--If the corona finished,how to install? And how long it will last?
--The seller will send 1 engineer to install, test the machine and train customers' workers in buyers' factory.It will take about 1 week for the entire installation and training.

--What are the additional costs of installation?
--The buyer should cover engineers' salary, visa cost, Round air tickets, accommodations, transportation in buyers' country, food, medical care, safety cost, and related cost happens in buyers' country. Also, the buyer should prepare enough labor, electric wire outside the control panel and tools for installations.

--What are the product warranty service terms?
--Warranty period for the delivered equipment will be 12month after completion of erection but not later than 18months after shipment. In case any item proves to be defective and the damage is confirmed by seller's technicians within this period, the seller will at their choice either send engineer to repair or supply a new one for replacement free of charge on the basis of CNF delivery.
